HISTORIC PRESERVATION

Working on historic buildings and other structures demands a careful approach — both technically and professionally. These projects often come with limited available records, complex deterioration, and strong public interest. We enjoy these challenges and bring a thoughtful, investigative mindset to every project. Whether it's pro bono work for a community group, consulting with a government entity, or working with developers on adaptive reuse, we approach each project with the same level of care and are mindful to the value these structures hold to stakeholders. We are responsive and hands-on, with the flexibility to dig into unknowns as they come up. Preservation work is rarely simple, but we’re equipped to handle the complexity.
